Consumer Disposal Behaviour Study
Currently, 55% of discarded textiles end up in residual waste, this has to change. In 2024, we conducted a national survey to investigate how consumers deal with the disposal of textiles. The survey results help us to improve collection and provide better information. The survey is only avalibale in Dutch.
Affiliated participants
Many producers and importers are affiliated with us. An up-to-date overview of all participants can be found in this list, which also includes sub-participants.
Affiliated service providers
Service providers, such as collection companies, sorting companies, thrift organisations and recyclers, form an important link in the national textile management structure, ensuring that discarded textiles are responsibly removed from the market. The aim is to reuse them where possible or process them into raw materials.
Below you will find the current list of service providers who have signed a Service Agreement (DVO) with us. It is possible for a service provider, in consultation with the Foundation, to contract all or part of their activities. In the latter case, specific agreements are required, for example regarding which municipalities are relevant. In short, the parties listed here may also have signed a contract with another producer organisation.
