We are Stichting UPV Textiel. As a producers’ organisation, we fully support producers and importers in meeting their statutory EPR obligations. Big or small, every producer counts. We are a non-profit organisation with a clear goal: helping you achieve your EPR targets and facilitating the transition to a circular textile chain in an affordable, effective and efficient way. 

Circular together

On behalf of the producers and importers affiliated with us, we organise a future-proof EPR system for the collection, sorting, and recycling of textiles. We do this together with chain partners such as municipalities, collectors, sorters, and recyclers. Producers and chain partners actively contribute ideas about the solutions needed to achieve the objectives. In this way, the sector – in close consultation with chain partners – determines what works.

We organise collaboration across the chain, encourage innovation, provide insight into data, and keep costs realistic. In addition, we focus on sharing knowledge, aligning efforts, and harmonising systems in other EU countries. With a level playing field in the EU as our goal, we can work together as effectively and efficiently as possible towards a circular textile chain in the EU.

Our strength lies in the combination of expertise, coordination, and collective impact. This is how we make circularity achievable for the entire sector.
